Thanks, that explain things but confusing as the radio starts up as soon as I plugin the cable! :-) First time I plugged in the cable it turned on automatic, I tried to afterwards switch the radio on but got a message on the screen to turn it off and obviously thought it was wrong to have the radio on as it already started.ĭo it the other way around as your wrote works perfectly and the bars in SPP jumps wildly. Please give us some time to get things done. Liftoff is very new and still has a way to go. A team of 4 people is doing all of the development, PR, support, blog writing, website making, planning, forum posting/moderating and everything related to the project. We appreciate the efforts by the community a lot! Exactly because of this we started the Early Access and we ask the community for help by writing User Guides on Steam. Our team doesn't own every unique hardware setup possible and doesn't have a collection of remotes and controllers to test everything out. While we agree there are many issues with the current version of the calibration tool, more than half of these issues turn out to be hardware or user related in the end.

Our job starts where the game code starts and we are not responsible for hardware related issues or wrong remote settings.

We are game software developers and not a hardware support team. We've released 5 updates since release a month ago to prove this. The team and I work day and night to further improved the game and gameplay experience for everyone. We have a list of thousands of things on our to-do list and they all have a place in our development plan.
#Adjusring tx with clearview simulator update#
With every update we try to get a nice mix of bug fixing and feature/content updates, in order to both improved the experience and further expand on the scope of the project. There's a couple of things we want to make clear: We are constantly being reminded of this, and we are as frustrated about the complexity and difficulties of this reality as you are.

By trying to support the new FPV drone racing sport we stumbled into a world where people are using hundreds of different remote and PC setups. Development will continue for months to come and we appreciate the support we get from the community. In the end we make development decisions with the best intentions. It's something we've been aware of from the start, but that's the reality of game development. While everyone has its own wishes and recommendations we can't make everyone happy at the same time.

While we appreciate reading your vision for the future development of our project, we do have a development roadmap we would like to follow. We are aware this project is far from perfect and we promise every system (especially the calibration) will be further worked on and updated in future versions of the game. A lot of people seem to get used to one system and expect everything to work like this in others too, that's not the case.

Make sure to follow the steps as described in our tool.

The calibration in Freerider and Liftoff are different, we noticed some people try to do the same thing in Liftoff as they do in Freerider, of course that doesn't give the expected result.
